This
hour-long documentary follows Betty Loo Taylor from three-year-old piano
prodigy, through stringent classical training in her "cover girl"
youth, and finally on to her current title as Hawaii's "First Lady
of Jazz." "They Call Her Lady Fingers" is intended for
airing on national television, at film festivals and may also be used
in secondary school music programs. This documentary won the Blockbuster
Video Audience Award for Best Documentary in the 2003 Hawai'i International
Film Festival held in Honolulu, Hawai'i.
